What we collect, and what we don't.

When you write to us at hello@umgar.com — through the links on the Contact page or directly from your email client — we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your email address, your name, and the body of your message.

We do not run web analytics on umgar.com. We do not place tracking pixels, advertising tags, or session replay scripts. The site does not use cookies for any purpose beyond what your browser uses to render web pages.

We read every inquiry that comes in. When a message warrants a reply, we respond from the same address. We do not add inbound contacts to a marketing list. We do not share, sell, or transfer the contents of your message to third parties.

Subsidiary products operated by UMGAR LLC — including HYPE, FRIZORA, and OUSTAAD — have their own privacy policies that apply to information collected through those products. Information you send to UMGAR's contact address stays at the parent-company level and is not shared with subsidiaries unless you ask us to forward it.

Inbound messages are retained in our email system for as long as they remain relevant to ongoing correspondence — typically a few years for active conversations, then archived. You may ask us to delete your message at any time by writing to hello@umgar.com.
